Sean C. Johnson

Sean C. Johnson grew up in Phoenix, where he met his wife and attended Arizona State University. After completing his undergraduate degree, Sean moved to Idaho where he attended the University of Idaho College of Law.

Following law school, Sean began his legal career advocating for the disabled. In this work, he assisted some vulnerable people in navigating the bureaucratic and complex realm of Social Security disability law.

Representing clients across the United States, Sean has advocated more than 1000 Federal Disability Adjudications, usually receiving victories for his clients. Fighting for the “underdog” was the underlying objective in every case.

Following his work with the disabled, Sean accepted a position with Bonneville County in Southeast Idaho as Deputy Prosecutor. Sean served the community by overseeing a high-volume Felony caseload. In this role, Sean Strived to protect the community while also assisting the substance addicted in getting treatment.

As Skaug Law’s most recent addition, Sean brings years of experience to serve Treasure Valley, advocating for injured people in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Along with the rest of the team, Sean loves to fight for the underdog. He takes a personal interest in every client’s case. Sean advocates tirelessly in favor of his clients’ interests, pushing for the most favorable outcome allowable under the law.

Sean is married with five very active and happy children.
